Delivery & Returns

Your order;

We must receive payment of the total value for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by ourselves, we will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending a confirmation email. Until the goods are dispatched, the order may not be accepted by Bonnie Little Paws, or may by cancelled by you.

A contract is formed between Bonnie Little Paws and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items which cannot be cancelled by you once received an email confirmation that your order has been received, as such items may already be in production.

Product Pricing, Sizing and Description;

The prices, sizes and descriptions on any product will be as stated, and quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error. Whilst it is our intention to keep the website accurate and updated, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover such an error on an order you have placed with ourselves, we will contact you prior to accepting your order, and inform you with the correct information. You may then cancel or proceed with your order, based on the correct information given. If due to circumstance beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock, after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email, and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund or wait until until the item is back in stock. If a customer orders more than one item from different suppliers, the customer may be liable for more than 1 delivery charge. All delivery charges will be combined and clearly displayed at the checkout, before customer places an order.

Delivery of goods;

We will deliver goods ordered by you to the address given to us when you place your order online.

Approximate delivery dates will be stated on the confirmation, or on the product page, where possible. We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 30 days of your order. We will notify you by email if, due to circumstances outside our control, we are unable to deliver within the specified day and time. Bonnie Little Paws acts as an agent for multiple suppliers and cannot therefore guarantee all ordered products will arrive at the same time, and may be delivered in multiple drops.

Cancellation and returns;

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at sales@bonnielittlepaws.co.uk  Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations for personalised goods, food items, or orders that have been dispatched.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unworn. For a return, please contact us at sales@bonnielittlepaws.co.uk . Please include your name, and contact details, and a reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Some of our Items sent back to us or our supplier without requesting, will not be accepted for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless items are faulty. It is recommended that you use a tracking postage option, as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost items. Once we have inspected the returned item, we will notify you if your refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you will automatically be refunded as per your original payment method.

Please note that all Bowl and Bone products are shipped from Poland, and so any returns for their products will have to be sent directly to Poland, but please contact us first.

Damages;

Please inspect your product upon receiving, and contact sales@bonnielittlepaws.co.uk immediately (48 hours maximum) if it is defective, damaged, short delivered, or if you receive the incorrect product.

Intellectual Property Rights;

You must not reproduce or use any of Bonnie Little Paws website designs, logos, pictures, images, content or text, whether it is  owned by Bonnie Little Paws, or licensed by a third party to Bonnie Little Paws for their own use.
